FLIGHTS TO SALALAH CANCELLED UNTIL MARCH 15

 

Due to the ongoing military conflicts in the Middle East and the resulting extension of flight restrictions in the region by EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency), we inform you that all Neos flights departing from Italy to Oman until March 15th inclusive will be canceled.
Customers with direct Neos bookings can request a full refund of their bookings through https://www.neosair.com/en/information/customer-service.
Customers with bookings through tour operators should contact their tour operator's customer service.

We are constantly monitoring the situation to schedule flights to Italy in the coming days for customers waiting to return home. Updates with flight details will be published as soon as they are confirmed and authorized.

 

NEW ADDITIONAL FLIGHT FROM MOMBASA AND ZANZIBAR FOR MARCH 6

 

Dear passengers, we would like to inform you that an additional flight has been added for March 6th from Zanzibar and Mombasa to Milan Malpensa. You can purchase your tickets directly online from the website.

 

FIUMICINO AIRPORT

At FCO Airport, the People Mover connecting Terminal 3 to the West Satellite is temporarily suspended. A shuttle bus service is currently available. Passengers departing on flights boarding from gates E31–E44 are advised to proceed to the boarding area as early as possible.

 

CANCELLATION OF BRI-JFK OPERATIONS

We inform you that Neos has suspended its flight operations to and from Bari (BRI) to New York (JFK). We kindly ask for your collaboration in assisting impacted passengers by following the procedure outlined below:

  1. Refund of Neos Segments
    Travel agencies are requested to proceed with the involuntary refund of the Neos flight segments directly through the GDS. This applies to all PNRs impacted by the cancellation. ENDO: BRICANX
  2. New Flight Arrangements
    Travel agencies may independently arrange an alternative flight for their customers at their discretion in the same cabin originally purchased.
  3. Request for Additional Refund
    Should the cost of the new itinerary exceed the amount refunded through GDS, the travel agency can request reimbursement for the fare difference by opening a support request through our Customer Care portal:

Please ensure that the request includes:

  • The GDS refund documentation
  • Proof of purchase of the new itinerary
  • Any additional relevant travel documents

Reimbursement is subject to verification of the provided documentation.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

For any other case of involuntary change, including, without limitation, the cancellation of the Thursday frequency within the Summer 2026 MXP–JFK–MXP schedule, the provisions of the standard booking policy shall apply, as set outlined in paragraph 2.11.1 of the section entitled Involuntary Changes/Cancellation. Dear Passengers, please be advised that, following a NOTAM (Notice to Airmen) regarding the suspension of fuel supply in Cuba, Cuban airports will be unable to provide airlines with jet fuel from February 10 to March 11 2026.
