WHERE CAN I FIND MY VOUCHER?

If you have a voucher, please access the “MY BOOKING” section, enter your booking code (PNR) and the last name of one of the passengers. At the bottom of the page, you will find a dedicated section with your voucher code and related information, which you can download as an attachment. Please note that this area will remain active for up to 30 days after the last flight included in the booking. After this period, for privacy reasons, it will no longer be accessible.

 

HOW TO USE YOUR VOUCHER

TO BOOK NEOS FLIGHTS

The Voucher Code for purchasing a Neos flight can be used directly on our website during the booking process. The Voucher Code must be entered in the “VOUCHER CODE” field under the “REDEEM/USE VOUCHER” section, and the voucher amount will automatically be deducted from the total to be paid. The voucher is personal and non-transferable. The system will automatically check if the voucher holder’s details are included among the passengers of the new booking; otherwise, the voucher cannot be used. If the value of the voucher is higher than the amount of the new booking, the remaining balance can be used for future bookings, always within the terms indicated on the voucher. The conditions of use are stated on the voucher itself.
